So I picked up a USC and HATE the stock. I literally can't use the selector switch with my thumb and only having 10 round mags is dumb so I dropped another $1,053 on parts for what I thought was going to be plug and play well come to find out it isn't. So who's done one before? It's going to take some milling that I know.

There is a lot of videos and resources out there. Hkpro is what you seek. Use a dermel and go slow. Mine didn’t look pretty but the mags worked great. Do a form 1 and the barrel is a simple roll pin swap.

I’m in the same boat and looking to do a USC to UMP conversion. After a lot of research and running down the required three 922r parts, along with the 9mm conversion pieces.
I decided to go with the rear stub fuse route. I figured, if I am going to sacrifice a USC, I might as well get as close to a real UMP as possible. Not to mention it is an investment.
Take a look at the HKPro forum. There is a lot of helpful info and people.

TommyBuilt is highly recommended for conversions and he is my choice. HDPS is another company that does conversions and makes 922r parts.

I had Tommy convert mine, I'd definitely recommend him.
