Yes I read that but they are talking about the Ghost company. Are we to assume Brownells got the same letter? And btw the company said they did not violate any laws. unquote
ask any inmate currently confined you will be told the same thing...
the spectrum of material brownell ships could very well violate the UPS/ATF/State level regulations and brownell wouldn't know the difference...
no worse than a business throwing you out "cuz" of your SD firearm you carry!
I know what I wrote is silly. BUT we are not talking convicted criminals here.
We are talking one company vs the other. Who do you honestly think knows better about "gun parts" and laws? UPS?
BTW I have asked Brownell's. Let's see if they respond.
sorry you missed the analogy...
I got the analogy. I just didn't think it fit very well.

Interesting comment: Pinned by Legally Armed America Jordan Cambridge 19 hours ago UPS got hit really hard for the last 6 years. UPS lost money from Amazon contracts screwing them over, they then got hit extremely hard from Covid, and then do to the fact that UPS got hit the worst by literally having to replace 20% of their entire fleet in 2018, 15% in 2020 and they are having to replace 68% of their entire fleet of vehicles and planes by 2024 because they are all outdated and broken to the point that they can no longer be patched and have to be fully replaced which will cost them billions more. UPS's trucks have been falling apart so much that UPS had to rent over 30,000 U Haul trucks to ship packages which cost them hundred of millions. UPS does not have the money to pay any more fines nor to deal with woke shit. If UPS looses any contracts they will loose too much money to recover and they will go bankrupt. The stupid fact is that their are a few other companies that will gladly take the contracts instead of allowing UPS to survive. Hell eBay may reopen its direct shipping style and bring out its own vehicles and take up all the contracts of UPS and slaughter the competition. UPS doing this at this time is beyond stupid because UPS is on a razors edge of bankruptcy and loosing any contracts will send them over the edge to their death. UPS has chosen their own death with this action that will lead to direct lawsuits and code violations in which UPS will have to pay millions in damages along with repay the company for the products that UPS just stole which UPS will not survive.

UPS refusing to ship for FFL's is going to "finish" them? eBay is going to take over? Yeah, and everyone who got the Covid Vaccine is going to drop dead....in two weeks. How long has that been said now?

I think there is more to it than your normalcy bias allows you to consider. Currently UPS has begun to bend to the will of zealous anti-gunner politicians -with some back tracking in the face of push back from some of the industry heavy hitters- which so far, has only threatened the livelihood of certain vendors of 80% kits.
A couple of things on this?: This is a test flight. Can political influence be exerted on carriers to regulate certain industries? And while right now only retailers of 80% kits are targeted, if it flies, without effective protest, could this be expanded to say ALL unserialized parts/retailers of said parts? (yes) And private shipments of firearms... and finally to gun manufacturers.
There are only so many carriers.
ESG corporate governance is a heavy cudgel and can certainly be used against BHGs and Nitro Guns in the future should it gain popularity - public and political. I think it behooves you to pay attention. Those that push ESG are vocal proponents; support for gun industry companies should be as frequent and as loud. "Meh" doesn't do shit to dissuade such activism.
