 So, how do we DIY pistols in the wake of HB1240?

So if I buy a frame off of GunBroker I can have it sent directly to me?

Not across state lines, is my understanding. That falls under federal law which is different than WA state law.

The other guys are talking about in state private transfers. No need to involve an FFL for a lower, it's not a firearm per WA state law without a barrel; just do the deed and be done.

But if you're having something shipped in from out of state, or buying a lower from an FFL in state, it'll need a transfer. Someone will jump in if that's wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's accurate.

Wait a minute. So if I find a Glock in the classifieds but only want the lower, I can buy just the lower in a parking lot like in the old days? Or an AR lower?
