So, how do we DIY pistols in the wake of HB1240?

So if I buy a frame off of GunBroker I can have it sent directly to me?

The other guys are talking about in state private transfers. No need to involve an FFL for a lower, it's not a firearm per WA state law without a barrel; just do the deed and be done. But if you're having something shipped in from out of state, or buying a lower from an FFL in state, it'll need a transfer. Someone will jump in if that's wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's accurate.

Wait a minute. So if I find a Glock in the classifieds but only want the lower, I can buy just the lower in a parking lot like in the old days? Or an AR lower?
