Edogg i screwd up on the 2 i have mine are both saint's with free floated barrels. I didn't think all the extras on the edge were worth the extra cash. Mine even came with black soft cases. That was a nice little bonus that i didn't know until i had already agreed to buy them.
I really like the magpul stock they used. If someone didn't want that type they could go to a ctr and lighten it up even more.

The Magpul stock is the STR. It’s a great stock what I have on my ARs.

Ok now I'm curious what kind of poundage you are getting on the trigger pull with these?

My finger gauge from shooting my buddy’s tells me that it’s a standard weight, which is 6 lbs I think. But the pull is really smooth with a good break and reset.

Well its been over a week and I couldn't get it off my mind before I came to this realization... I'd rather risk having it and not liking it, then to wish I had bought it after the 1st. So with that my order has been placed for the Victor... Now the waiting begins

I went up north yesterday and picked up my victor from the FFL. The gun comes in a nice soft case with two magazine pouches on the side. First impressions were that the trigger was a bit lighter and the rail didn't have the sharp edges like the one up at skagit arms that I tried. So I brought it home still feeling a bit uneasy about how I would ultimately like it.....

So the opportunity to go shoot at the skagit indoor range came up this morning so I took the Victor and my budy took his Factory built Aero Precision AC-15 as a comparison. I started the fun with a full 20rnds of PPU .223 with the target at the back of the range. It only took the 1st three rounds for me to appreciate the lack of overall recoil and muzzle climb. I was honestly doubtful that it would be this good, and that it was Nothing but SA media hype, but I'm really pleased. Its very noticeable when I shot the Areo and the Victor back to back. Now as a worning, be considerate of the people next to you because while you wont feel it while shooting, the blast it puts out is substantial. The poor guy in the next lane over about had his target flapped off the hanger before he could send it down range.
I ultimately put 80 rounds of PPU through it and the groups were about the size of my wallet. So considering I did that with flip up sights, and standing I was pleased for a 1st time outing. The groups were also about 3" above my POA which I'm guessing is about right for a 100yrd zero? Something else that surprised me was just how natural the flat trigger felt. I'm really glad SA did that, I just hope it breaks in to be a bit lighter.

So far, I'm very pleased and I do recommend it!

I got mine off gunbuyer for $849.00 and free shipping. https://www.gunbuyer.com/springfield-saint-victor-223-rem-5-56nato-16-30-1stv916556b.htmlf
