I’ve recently been intrigued by the PC Carbine. And have seen a couple of posts mentioning that it’s one to get before the new law takes effect. So I’m trying to justify to myself in getting one. Help a guy out!
I already have a 9mm SBR and 9mm pistols, both subgun types and regular pistols. And I have a takedown 10/22.
So...why would I want a Ruger PC Carbine? Or should I get over my FOMO and skip adding it to my collection?

If I didn't have a Sub-2000 and Hipoint I would buy one in a heartbeat.

Why’s that? What intrigues you about the PC Carbine? Have you shot them?

The appeal is having basically a 10/22 in 9mm. I haven't shot one, but I bet the weight would make it a real smooth and light recoiling shooter. I went the Extar ep9 9mm route, and I've enjoyed it. Otherwise I was looking pretty hard at the Ruger Carbine.

I have the takedown PC carbine, and it's a cool gun, and it's nice that it takes Glock mags . . . but I don't consider it a "must buy."

A bolt action version would be cool.

I have the PC takedown and a Scorpion SBR, and the Scorpion is FUN FUN FUN. The Ruger feels like more of a bench-style rifle to me. Of course, the Scorpion will cost you more, too.

I've only shot a Scorpion carbine once. I enjoyed it, it was a fun gun.
But were I in the market, I'd get a pistol instead, and add a brace to it.

I have an evo pistol, but was thinking about grabbing a PC m-lok takedown. Seems like it would have a bit of that PPSh-41 look, especially with a glock drum mag and could be a pretty fun blaster as well.
