40S&W is the only handguns I own, used to have so many different calibers and got tired of always running out of ammo. I reload now so am good to go. Easy peasy.

I have a Glock 23, my brother has a Sig. Maybe it's in my head, but the glock seems to have much less recoil than the sig, and has a much lighter and shorter trigger pull (although I also switched the trigger spring out for a lone wolf 3.5# spring). The biggest difference though is how long the trigger pull is.
I'd suggest trying a few out before you buy one though, you might like one over the other.

Luv my full size CZ SP-01 Tacticool in .40 w/ a TLR-1 attached! All metal gun tames that sharp recoil quite nicely. Discontinued, but NOS still floating around. CZ P-06 and Beretta 96 are on my list......

My fav 40 is Beretta 96. Also have a few of the plastic ones, but far prefer the steel 96. Why so much hate for the 40?!
