Looking for opinions on .40 pistols. Need a bigger gun, no small compact. I like all 3 of my finger to fit nicely on the grip. What should I get?? Thanks y'all

So for full disclosure I like me some Sig Sauer.

Sig P229/226 in 40/357Sig

P229 Mid Size gun
P226 Full Size gun

The added advantage of 40 S&W is that by changing just the barrel you can shoot 357Sig (which is a necked down 40 to fit a 9mm bullet).

Also later on you can then get a Conversion Kit to shoot 9mm and also .22

Although if you are thinking about going with a .22 - you are best approach would be to buy a complete .22 on a P226/229 frame and then convert upwards to 40/357 and also to 9. If you do it right you’ll pay less overall.

The Legion Series are really nice!

FYI .40 CAL = 10mm

Glock 23. With a conversion barrel you also have a Glock 19. And everybody makes everything for a glock. Including tons of shit you don’t need.

Sorry but you can also do this with the Sig P320 line.

Interesting part to this gun is the firing control group is the serialized part of the gun. So the frame and upper slide are a mix and match to fit size and caliber to your tastes. It does it all. .22, 9, 40/357Sig, 45

Precise Shooter has a Glock 22C in stock. That would be fun.

Indeed, I still love my G23. I'm just leaning more to 9mm these days.

G22, if it needs to if bigger.

I'd take a long look at the m&p 2.0's.
