Well, it looks like the BATFE has said the Honey Badger (and a couple others made by Q) are SBR's now because of the "arm brace"... Well, it's an SBA3, a fairly commonly used Arm Brace. So, that could easily make A LOT of home built pistols (and OEM Pistols), SBR's.

Q fired back, but did NOT disagree that they are or are not SBR's, only that they will create a replacement stock. We will see if the BATFE thinks this is good enough. For those with the Honey Badger.. Well.. Good luck.

This is such total bullshit. If the ATF has a reason why the Honey Badger is different than every other braced pistol out there, they should say it. If they just don't like braces, too damned bad -- they've made that call, and they should stick with it.

This is totally fucking unacceptable, and it's right up there with the ATF redefinining "machine gun" when they banned bump stocks.
