Kinda yes, and kind of no. Mistakes were made on both sides. Yes he should never put that/ammo down a braked barrel, but also if you review the video and see the difference between the first muzzle flash and the second muzzle flash you can definitely see there are some pressure issues with that ammo in the degradation of the powder inside. It wasn’t all user error. That ammo is not safe.
