Here’s the letter from RBT’s (Rare Breed Trigger) attorney to the ATF.

Some fun facts. RBT is an offshoot of Spikes Tactical (I believe that’s the company, someone please correct it wrong). They opened RBT to shield Spikes from any potential backlash over this trigger. RBT’s records and “office” are all held within their lawyer’s physical address because it is extremely difficult to obtain a search warrant for a lawyer’s office due to the sensitive and privileged information that lawyers may be holding for their clients.

They had numerous experts inspect and certify the trigger as legal and non NFA before production. Including 2 former atf agents one of whom was FATD.

They quite literally stacked the deck and covered every base expecting the idiots at the ATF to overreach.

Guy definitely did his homework before getting started. I'm much more OK with the somewhat-ridiculous price for the FRT given what they were obviously preparing for.

No kidding. They've probably got a long road ahead of them, and as he says, their success may have an impact on many other issues that we care about.

Not sure why we're excited. Precedent doesn't seem to mean much in firearms cases. "We approved of it, now we don't."
