It's a bump trigger. The video explains that.

I don't think they are selling to WA residents either.

Can't... By RCW they are illegal here.

I'm not so sure of that....

In a full-auto trigger group, the hammer is caught by the auto sear, which gets tripped/released by the carrier on it's way back into battery.

In the FRT, the same surface on the carrier hits a lever which force-resets the trigger. If you maintain pressure on the trigger, you will immediately release the hammer again upon the forced reset.

Is it full-auto? I guess not technically, since you're technically pulling the trigger every time, but they are walking a fine line.

Are you hinting that they are?

I've been following their Facebook thread, I recalled a few WA residents were griping about canceled orders due to location.

I think it would be a very fun toy to have.

Rare Breed not selling here isn't the same as them being illegal here. They probably just assumed they're illegal here because binary triggers are possibly illegal here as well.

I wouldn't advise anyone to own one, I wouldn't own one myself, and I certainly wouldn't want to have to convince a judge or a jury that they're legal, but I don't think they're illegal from the language of the statute.

I want my cake back! You long timers will get that reference.

I feel like I’m developing a stutter these days. Molon labe.

And to quote an old tw sig line “if it’s time to bury them then it’s time to dig them up”

Any gun law is an infringement. Stop arguing technicalities.

They came in stock at Big Daddy last week ... sold out within minutes. I got the email notification of stock level (there were ~30). Took me 3 minutes to login ... all gone already.

Still plenty to be had on gunbroker for $500-600.

I think maybe not OK in WA if the rate of fire hits a certain level so proper selection of buffer spring and carrier weight might get one under the line. I didn't check RCW but memory says 5 rounds per sec is considered mg.

Online vids show rof close to 0.2 -0.25 sec per round so very possible to tune that timing. Might be ammo sensitive.

Please see our earlier discussion, linked above, which has the actual RCW. It's not as simple as rate of fire.
