Can't say enough about Zastava USA

So I buy a bunch of items from Zastava and recently bough a z85p it a ak pistol in 5.56
Well turns out the lower hand guard is really sloppy. Yeah I could of fixed it but hey I just paid 1k so I called zastava USA the guy says for me go through customer service to email. Well less than a hour they emailed back and forth with me 4x What they asked was to see the color of the wood so they can match it up. So I took pictures also showing the issue. The next email said you have a new set coming not just the 1 piece. They told me that they would rather send both out to make sure. I was told how it was being shipped and to have a great weekend. So my experience with this company has been great and just wanted to let others know about how good their customer service is. I had the same experience when I recieved a lightly dented top cover . They sent another right out. That was 8 months ago when every thing was going crazy. Hope that helps others out. sorry for rambling Lol. |
