Your estate takes them to a dealer who sells them out of state, keeping the bulk of the proceeds as compensation
They can also be shipping out of state to your heirs

Or....9th Circuit overturns unconstitutional mag ban and you can do whatever you want with them. Just don't expire anytime soon.

As the sayings goes. Tree falls in the forest and no one complains…
See first comment post. See second comment post.
See above (repealed).
Lastly, the military had a saying. Don’t ask. Don’t tell. Amazing how one simple law can make legal owners into instant criminals.
I remember a poor guy who was flying and his plane was diverted and when they landed they had to re go through security. Guy had an empty magazine in his checked bag. Got prison time for an empty mag.
His original destination was legal. Where he flew out of was legal but this state it was illegal simply if having an empty mag. Crazy shit.

If all goes to plan, I won't be dying in WA, so this should be a non-issue for me.

I don't own any standard mags, but my kids do.

INAL. If you are married you are likely to have joint ownership of the magazines and your surviving spouse is the one to have possession of it because it never actually "transfered" or "distributed"
But talk to an estate lawyer. They likely have the answers or will have the answers eventually.

If you can plan it, give them away on your death bed. Receiving and possession aren't crimes so the recipients will be fine
You will be a criminal at that point, and also dead

You must surrender all possessions to the state for proper disposal/ dispersal to those in need. Marxism is where we are headed.

“I’ll give you my [mags] when you pry it from my cold dead hands”
The Founding Fathers planned for this day.
The Constitution was written and meant to clearly avoid the injustice and government over reach we are seeing today.
