They claim to “bridge the gap between the private sector, and governments”.

Translation is, organizations & companies can pretend they’re “adhering” to some international standard, when they aren’t following governmental or accepted policy..

Nothing could go wrong with that, right?

Anyone know if Coign will be doing this? Supposedly they use the VISA network but they bill themselves as a conservative credit card that won't be following the restrictions of regular lib credit companies.

I don't know, but if they are using VISA for anything I'd *guess* it wouldn't help at all.
