What is a jungle carbine worth?

The going price for one of these minty Jungle Carbine? I've had one in my closet for almost 60 years and it almost mint! Think of selling it as at almost 80 I just don't shoot it. Infect I think the last time I did shoot it was 50+ years ago.

It depends if it is an originally-produced jungle carbine, or one of the many that were converted into cosmetically similar sporters after leaving government ownership. Bore condition, any pitting on metal, and wood condition matters.

They are nice rifles. Plenty of recoil with those rubber buttpads which hardened into steel many decades ago.

As the user above mentioned, double check if it is an original Jungle carbine. There was a company out there that essentiall forced mismached parts/models together to sell to the us public. Those are worth less. But, people still want them! There are a few ways to tell, but I dont recall wgat they were. Assuming its legit, and the bore condition is good, go on Gunbroker, click on "Advanced search" there is a button on there for "completed sales". Clivk that and search for Kunhke Carbine. You will find completed sales, and what the bids got up to, within the last month. I usually go off of that, and list for a touch under what they are selling for. Those are really cool guns though, ive always liked them. Its worth way more now than when you bought it!

I’d be interested to know what the details of the rifle were and how much it sold for.
