Does is make sense to transfer some AR's (non NFA) to a trust in case this AWB passes? Would all the members of trust then have ownership or possession?

The way I understand the Gun Trusts is that all your firearms need to be in the trust, with a healthy list of trustees. At least for WA. Free states have no such problems.

National gun trusts. I bought it on sale years ago pre covid. Never finished it and/or forgot about it until it came time for an NFA item. I emailed them and they responded and helped me get the product I purchased years ago.
They also had been following up with me via email when I first bought and I hadn’t completed the trust template so support is definitely top notch. Their videos on youtube are helpful.
Eform is insanely simple, aside from the fact that we have to do any form in the first place.

National Gun trust, got it on sale for 25ish after doing two single shots. They will let you modify it, so that is nice.
WA trust law does not require a witness. The more expensive one from NW gun law group doesn't have a witness. The NGT one has it because it's written to be accepted by all 50 state laws on trust.

NWGL (I think it’s silver). I’ve got it tied into a primary family trust (which I recommend everyone have) with all of my assets, so I wanted an attorney to review everything and make sure it lined up.
They recommend that you put EVERYTHING gun related in the trust - even reloaders and ammo. I’ve put all of my firearms in it.
