got some parts back from a certain WaGunnner who Cerakoted them for me. Also polished some more parts in preparation for bluing....which if I could get my chemicals I could get done soon.

Finished the walnut stock for a pre-64 model 70.....turned out beautiful..smooth as silk

assembled some 10/22 bolts that I bought on ebay and a 10/22 trigger assembly (aluminum one that was Cerakoted)

Took my newest 556 rifle build out and shot some load development rounds with H322 powder, I’m impressed with the outcome!!!

Just picked up this old fart yesterday, it's my first lever gun. I kinda feel bad taking something so pretty out hunting, we'll see. Maybe I'll have to get a newer old one to beat on

Hi MRC congrats. Is that beauty a 30-30? I've been thinking to pick up a Marlin in 35 Remington in the not too distant future for TX hog hunting in the brush and thick trees.

To date we just have a small handgun safe on my nightstand with my carry guns in it which does double duty for HD. So our HD consists of a Sig P365 and a Smith 642. This seems a bit anemic.

We recently ordered a Monster Vault Under Bed Gun Safe for our bedroom. Planning to stash a Remington 870 and a suppressed FN 509 Tactical in it to bolster our home defense capabilities. I've been very reluctant to leave these weapons loaded and unsecured (i.e. in nightstand or leaning against wall next to the bed). Our grandson is well trained to leave guns alone when outside of our supervision but we frequently have his friends over to the house. Now that we'll have a means to secure the firearms I can now place these weapons in a state of readiness without worrying about unauthorized access or 'accidents'.
https://monstervault.org/original-underbed-safe

The rollout tray is much deeper than the AmSec DV652 competing product with more storage space. The construction is 16ga rolled steel with reinforcement on the front of the safe. We'll likely lagbolt it to the floor.

Just received the email that it shipped today from CA and will be here next Tuesday evening :thumbsup2:

Picked up some Tandemkross goodies for my CP33.

Also snagged a Tailhook brace and adapter.

Gonna look nice when I'm done with it.

Myself and 2 co-workers had a friendly competition with a "know your limit" set up. Used a 6.5cr at 200yds. Largest was a 6"...smallest was 1.75"
I was 5 for 5! Dunno if anyone else here does it or tried it but it's a good time.

And for those of wondering....we have a range at work. I'm spoiled, I know.

:ROFLMAO:

Okay, you can blame COVID-19 for the P95's wait . . . but not the Enfield and the Marlin!
