500 yard testing of the new 22 Creedmoor this morning.
This 20 round group includes 2 "sighter rounds" and 8 rounds fired with the suppressor on. Overall, this is a damn good group. This also represents 2 different loads being shot here. I think with a little fine tuning, it will be awesome. These 77gr Nosler loads are leaving the 20" barrel at 3062fps on the LabRadar. Cold, cold morning at the range today.
27 degrees at 8:00am. Shot the 6.5 Creedmoor with the Thunder Beast suppressor. I would say it shoots okay.... This was the first 10 shoots this morning at 100 yards. Not bad for "cold barrel" shots! The squares are 1 inch. Since this picture of the gun was taken, it has been upgraded to an NightForce NXS 5.5-22x56 scope and suppressor... Sent MOs off for a couple of interesting gun-related items. Both were sort of spur-of-the moment, and basically because I couldn't find a Springfield Ronin 10mm to buy.

Put a few rounds down range yesterday before the snow came in. It was a nice, chill day and quiet out in the woods.
