I don’t think the entirety of this crowd here realizes just how bad ass this little piece of paper will become. There will be black hammer arms 1911s guys if you have enough kids Your stimulus check could make a great deposit on a Bad Ass Mo Fo from A real pistol smith ...

Took a ol friend to the range today...She thinking she needs a bit more protection.
Never took her for a pro gun gal.
Set her up with a S&W 60, a Shield an XDS 9mm and a Mustang to try.
She currently, through Dreadi, importing a XDS.
And Im meeting a Wagu guy tomorrow for 300rds of ammo.
She gonna take some CCW classes......
Go to Welchers and shoot the sucker....where the tactical timmys will pounce.
Anyone need a shooting pardner?
She has wednesdays off....

Received my Smith 5906 back from Novak's in West Virginia yesterday. They did an action duty tune and crowned the barrel. Total turnaround time was like 7-10 days or thereabouts I was shocked at how fast they turned this around. As a civilian I always expect priority at most smith shops to go to working guns owned by military and police officers. DA trigger is really nice now. Eliminated a lot of slack in the take-up and the DA trigger pull is now quite smooth eliminating all the grittiness in the factory trigger (gun was obviously used but came with no wear marks and was still in factory box, basically minty condition). Price was very reasonable and a happy customer. Shout out to Matt at Novak's. Looking forward to shooting this once ammo prices eventually come back down to reasonable levels and primers are available again (realize I might be waiting quite awhile).

I picked up some pulled 168gr and 175gr smk along with a box of new 190's from Col_Temp yesterday. The 168gr will be feed to the M1, while the rest of the heavies will go to the 720 bolt action. It's gonna be interesting to see what the old timers can do.

Putting the new tumbler to work. Gonna find out if adding a few 45-70 cases into the mix was a bad idea.

10/22's are easy. The magazines are a different story, I loath tearing those down.
