We need a SCOTUS who can read and understand what 2A says, what it means, and then apply it correctly.
Entonces, bye bye NFA and GCA. Mostly. It's no mystery at all about what 2A is about... SCOTUS has tackled that before, albeit in strange ways. There is no mystery at all regarding what the Founding Fathers meant. There is no mystery at all about what the $200 "tax stamp" was back in 1934... It was meant as an economic hurdle to prevent poor or middle-class people from being able to afford certain Tools of Freedom. It was a heavy infringement. This is BS. |
