Norway's gov't just banned most semi-auto rifles. Their ban is more stringent than the EU ban set to be put in place later this year.

Owners must either, within 3 years, sell, destroy or turn in their weapons and will receive ZERO compensation. Bastiges!! I hope they have canoes in Norway.

The sheep will turn them in and the wolves will keep them. Hopefully the sheepdogs keep them, too.

I wasn't aware that there was a widespread problem of firearms of any type being used in crimes in Norway. Is this just a solution looking for a problem?

Norway has good suppressor laws though.
Buy one at a hardware store from a bin.
Dent it, or it wears out....throw it out and buy another one.
No paperwork.

Yeah but what good are they if you can't put them on anything? :bonghit:

Lessons learned from the recent past are long forgotten....

Europe is headed for a violent civil war probably in the next few decades or sooner with the rapid irresponsible underclass importation who are committed RECORD levels of violent crimes. Not the least of which are staggering increases in raping white women up by hundreds of %, vehicle crimes as seen in London and France, bombings all over Europe, gun attacks like seen in Paris and elsewhere, rioting, arsons, etc.

This is going to get very ugly and worse as civilians are forced to disarm.

Never been to Norway, but if the show Lilyhammer is halfway accurate, Norway is ridiculously leftist!
Depicted as worse than SF or Berkeley.

Why call it a civil war?
While not looking at a dictionary, my perception of a civil war is between legal citizens.
Illegal immigrants are not citizens.
A war in Europe, would be because of an invasion of immigrants.
Immigrants that will not follow ROE, NATO rules and Geneva laws.
It'll be bloodshed, once the invading forces get active, more will invade and parts of Europe will fall and be ruled by those Invaders.
