Due to State Laws restricting the shipment of ammo....

https://www.fleetfarm.com/detail/red-ar ... 1223664458

Found an amazing deal on 5.45... However, FF says that WA restricts ammo.

Called and asked what law, no one could tell me because they are just given the rules.

There's a smart way to do business - protecting your business interests by not running afoul of the law - and then there's this way of doing business - making things up out of thin air to voluntarily shut off an entire market of potential customers. Someone doesn't have the facts and it's costing them revenue and profit. I say let them reap what their ignorance has sown.

"We can not sell to WA because we do not collect tax in that state for the Seattle Ammo Tax."

Yay.

They are under the impression that it is entire counties passing this law.

That would be due to the fact those dealers actually bother to read the laws.

Fleet Farm decided to make it up.

Don't you guys know Seattle is the only city/town/county in Washington? We should just change the name of the state to Seattle.
