I'm not currently reloading right now and need a bunch of range fodder for .45s. Thinking 230 gr. fmj (or 200 gr., anyone shooting this?). I'm partial to mail order as it's tax free (so 10% more buying power but offset by shipping, unless it's free). Anyone got a favorite supplier. I've been buying Freedom Munitions, new not reman. and right now it's about 305 cents per round plus $10 flat rate shipping. Anyone getting better than this? (I'm in Bothell and don't mind driving a bit for a good deal.) |

That mailchimp one is a good price for the federal aluminum case. 1000 rounds at Wally World would be minimum $275. |

I've always shot brass case...to reload. What are the pros and cons of aluminum cased ammo, besides no saving the cases? And price. |

the wrcc 45 is way to expensive. shouldn't spend more than 27 cpr for new, reman at 30 cpr is way to high. |

I've had good luck with the lax ammo new manufactured .45. Skip the reloads though, they download them significantly compared to the new stuff. Free shipping for first time customers. |
