Hey everyone, just picked up a Remington Tac 14 yesterday and I saw that some people have been putting the Shockwave brace and a few others on them instead of the grip. I know here in the Communist state of Washington that SBS are illegal. My question (that's probably already been asked) is it legal in this state to add a shockwave or any other type of pistol brace onto one of these style shotguns?

turns out through a weird loophole, you can put a bump-stock on it and open carry in WA.

Just remember this is free internet advice.

a 14" 12ga with a bump-fire would be a lot of hate.

Pretty sure Remington offers a SB brace equipped model from the factory. I built mine before they were offered commercially, went with a Mesa adapter and an original Sig brace, not as much fun as I'd hoped but compact and puts out a lot of 00 pellets .

Just an FYI, they're "firearms" and not shotguns in regard to the law and legal definitions.

Yup ... Good to go! The glory of adding a brace is allows for an even shorter barrel. The Typhoon 12 with brace is over 26" with just an 8.5" barrel.

Cheapest way to have someone euthanize your dog.
