My daughter's biologic dad gave her boyfriend a pistol. The dad lives in Orgeon and the BF is in Olympia. As far as I know the BF is not any kind of criminal and could legally possess a handgun. I don't know how the dad acquired the handgun. What would be the best way to protect all parties involved or because it is being passed down within the pseudo family, the rules are different. Not trying to create a problem.
