Who got a UPIN and did it make a difference?

I've had a couple customers get a UPIN, but those were people who were getting false denials. I don't know anyone who has received on for delays. And the few that I've had over the years who got one for that still received a delay at times.

I was getting belated 99% of the time so about three or four years ago I applied and received a upin #. At first it all went smooth, no delays.
Recently it has been 50/50 on delays. I also have six pistol permits. |

I believe Dove mentioned having permits from quite a few states, so not using the exact phrase used in this state gets a pass, in my book.

Got the UPIN in 2013? The wait was less than a year back them. Have CPL and use ssn but it hasn't made a difference in my delays. Turned out the problem at the time is I was being matched by same name to a domestic voilencer in CA.

I have the same name and birthday from some one down by Longview who has several felony convictions.
It sucks when I buy guns that are a long drive to the gun shop. I past buying a couple of guns because of the distance. Lately I have been buying on line and have them shipped to Sound Loan & Pawn on Wetmore in Everett. |
