Here are the initial pictures for the Suppressor Shoot at Renton Fish and Game Club http://www.rfgc.org on Sunday, July 24, 2011
It was my honor to host this shoot in recognition of the First Legal weekend for HB 1016. I truly hope all had fun learning and really shooting suppressed firearms. It's an eye opener and I see why in some countries it's just not polite to shoot "un" suppressed. Official head count is 140 - 180 attendees. That's with about 100 signing in and about 30 coming from USPSA and unknown members and observers. One vendor has a count in the high 200-300's. But we'll keep it modest at 140 for the books. Great bump. That was an AWESOME day.
 For those that weren't around at the time . . . suppressors used to be legal to own in Washington state (with the correct NFA paperwork, of course), but were illegal to actually use. With a lot of help from good folks like Ranb, the Washington legislature and Gov. Gregoire passed legislation making it legal to actually use your suppressor! Oldkim organized the big hoo-rah that you see in the photos.
