You can and need to comment on this matter so the change does not take effect!!! In the top right hand side of the page there is a block that is labeled comment now. By law they have to give a response to every comment or they risk losing this battle in court due to not complying with what the law says about responding to comments. Also, the more comments they have to respond to will mean the longer it will take for the proposed change to take effect if it does.
