Does anyone know if it's still possible for a trust to purchase NFA items without the local LE agency approval?
I recall some bad press in the local media regarding this ability, but I'm not sure how BATFE currently treats trust purchases.
Do they now require the local LE agency approval, or is it still only the individual purchases?
Reason I ask is, my local politicians have a perfect record of denying all individual attempts at suppressor purchases.
