On a whim I was going through my paperwork and found that I made a trust back in 2011, need to have it updated and notarized again
There's no difference between a NFA trust and regular Revocable Trust is there?

Yes there are language differences. To what extent? I'm not a lawyer... Just smart enough to use a lawyer to figure those fine details...

We're having a meeting Sunday, March 30th if you are interested. You can ask 2 fine lawyers these "fine" detail questions...

I use a living revokable trust. The items of the trust are what is outlined in schedule A, can be NFA, general firearm related or your patio set..

Well, we all take our own risk...
You are an adult. As I have said many many times...
It's your butt not mine. Your life and future. A piece of paper... with words to cover or not? Who knows.
More importantly, who wrote it and will they back it up if you use it for this? A Quicken Trust I guess says on it that it is not a firearms trust... nor should be used for those purposes.
But oh well. More than likely it may not incur any issues... but I know my lawyer will back what "words" he put on that piece of paper.

Yes, I have a standard LRT. This trust is NOT a Quicken Trust. It was drafted by a lawyer. A gun lawyer? No, but the laws surrounding trusts, and trustees, etc are pretty much similar. I have read the Gun Trusts and they do go into some better detail than mine... Luckily, mine is a LRT and I can amend it as needed.

If you really want to know... call up the folks at NW Gun Law Group and ask. Be interesting to find out for yourself. Straight from the front end... not the back
