I used the number in A previous post to check on my status today and they are waiting on FBI back round check.
Check cashed 3-19-18 Submitted to FBI 3-21-18. |

I logged on to silencershop app, and now it says I have 0 available stamps , when I purchased my cans. It said I have two available stamps . Any ideas ?

Awaiting fbi background isn’t the atf, they’ve already done everything they’re suppose to do now they are waiting for the fbi to do a Nics check. Can be any time between 1 day to 2 years for that process if you didn’t get a proceed basically. I’ve been in fbi background for 6+ months on one of my stamps right now. If you go to the my orders page it should tell you where it's at in the process I have a form 1 in process through them and it says Form 1: Submitted Electronically on 11/12/2018 (Fingerprints Mailed) I haven't found much information about what is going on right now but apparently the ATF is kicking back forms that have been submitted electronically to them from silencer shop because they aren't allowing a third party to submit forms electronically. SS has been silent on the other forum and there's been some discussion on reddit about it. It would be nice to hear something solid about what is happening Form 4s shouldn't be affected since it's still a paper form _________________ You may be right, I may be crazy, but it just may be a lunatic you're looking for |

So after you have been through the process once does it go faster your second time because you are already in the system?

Check cashed 4-20-18. Called yesterday and pending FBI background check. Maybe I well get a Christmas present this year, but doubt it. Excepting to be on a desk for six more months.
