When was it submitted? Just to track actual wait times. It will be interesting to see actual current submit to approval and receipt these days.

Nfatracker.com is your friend.
Otherwise, waits are 7+ months...my most recent one went "pending" on 2/16 (when the check was cashed, confirmed verbally with NFA Branch). The Form 4 was approved on September 4th (also confirmed with the ATF) but I am still waiting for the stamp to show up at the dealer (who emailed me and said it hadn't showed up as of Monday).

Ben...the tracker is well known, and it's not my friend. I'm talking real time here. First hand, I submitted on this date and received the stamp on this date info. We aren't talking my first stamp or rodeo Ben, we are talking "real time" here. I have no interest in "confirming" anything with the ATF verbally. Why bother them and take away from them doing their job? The "Tracker" is an estimate at best, and the point of the post was "real time" for wait from submission until the stamp was in hand. That time will vary Ben, depending on submission date. This thread would be helpful in that regard, something for members to track with "real time" information without bugging the ATF.

Sorry - perhaps you aren't aware of this but NFA tracker does show you exactly what you're asking for ("submitted on this date and received the stamp on this date info.") and not just the "estimate." Click on "Trend Graph" at the top...and based on your selections you can create a graph that looks like this: If you click on any of those individual dots ( on NFATracker, not in this example), you'll get a very real piece of "real time" data from a "real" individual. So for example, I clicked on one of the dots and got: Pending: Feb 23 Approved: Sept 4 Stamp Arrived: Sept 17 That is not an estimate...it is a real person's information. Is there anything more "real time" that you could be asking for? Finally, the people who answer the phones at the NFA Branch are not examiners (at least in my experience)...they are administrative employees. The few times I actually needed to speak with an examiner - the person who answered the phone had to transfer me and/or find open time on an examiner's schedule to have them call me back. I hope this helps. Beyond that, here's my current two: Form 4 SuppressorCheck cashed/pending - Feb 16 Approved - Sept 4 Stamp Received - Not yet! Form 4 SuppressorCheck cashed/pending - March 29 Approved - Not yet! Stamp Received - Not yet! And BTW - the Form 3 on the second one took 7 weeks (January + Feb)...which is nearly twice as long as it should have. So, if you're waiting on a Form 3...it will be a while.

Thanks for the "Real time" submissions guys. I know NFA tracker does it nationally and we can all look at that, but I am more interested in where we are at with submissions by our membership here.
Here's mine
Feb 26th, form 4 SBR. Hopefully see that one soon.
June 2nd, form 4 SBR
June 25th, form 4 SBR
July 3rd, 3 form 1 Cans

I'm new to the NFA game... Call the NFA branch...give them the serial number, who you bought it from and who it is being transferred to. They will either say: "Pending" and give a date "Approved" and give a date "Denied" and give a date Or "Under further review" or something like that (this special purgatory is for when mistakes are made on the Form).

Thanks, I was mostly just curious on the process since I'm stuck on a military post that does not allow suppressors until Feb. So as excited as I am to get mine, I have a lot of waiting to do.
