My check was cashed 3/19/2018 still waiting.....

Mine was March 10th still waiting form 4 can.

As I was. Approved 11-23-18 waiting on the mail now.

Damn. I had a Form 4 check cashed 5/7 and was hoping to get it by Christmas. Thanks for ruining my dream, guys. Is it just me, or does it feel like the wait times are actually getting longer and not shorter like people keep saying?

Form 1s are coming back again at 90-100 days after raising to 200 days. Form 4s are sitting at about 215 days.

I’m sitting in awaiting fbi background check for a few months on my March 27th and april 9th cans. You should get it back by Christmas if you don’t get stuck in fbi background check.

Have you reached out to your congressman for assistance with the FBI? There's a big thread on AR15.com about awaiting BGC and quite a few people have gotten resolution by contacting their congress critters.

You really think anyone in Congress in Washington is going to help get people to get their firearms quicker? Lol

If it goes into the new year maybe I’ll give it a shot but I highly doubt any would try to help.

I logged on to silencershop app, and now it says I have 0 available stamps , when I purchased my cans. It said I have two available stamps . Any ideas ?

Interesting. I know it's all a crapshoot depending on whose desk your form sits and rots, but I had a Form 4 check clear on 2/24 and picked up the stamp on 9/12. So I should guess you're due any day now.

Available stamps are stamps you haven’t used yet. You used those two for the cans you bought.

Awaiting fbi background isn’t the atf, they’ve already done everything they’re suppose to do now they are waiting for the fbi to do a Nics check. Can be any time between 1 day to 2 years for that process if you didn’t get a proceed basically.

I’ve been in fbi background for 6+ months on one of my stamps right now.

If you go to the my orders page it should tell you where it's at in the process

I have a form 1 in process through them and it says

Form 1: Submitted Electronically on 11/12/2018 (Fingerprints Mailed)

I haven't found much information about what is going on right now but apparently the ATF is kicking back forms that have been submitted electronically to them from silencer shop because they aren't allowing a third party to submit forms electronically. SS has been silent on the other forum and there's been some discussion on reddit about it. It would be nice to hear something solid about what is happening

Form 4s shouldn't be affected since it's still a paper form

Check cashed 4-20-18. Called yesterday and pending FBI background check. Maybe I well get a Christmas present this year, but doubt it. Excepting to be on a desk for six more months.
