Any recommendations or direction on where to go and have a picture taken that the BATF will accept for a Form 1?

Many post offices take passport photos.

Costco. Took all of 20 mins and was cheap.

What’s the price at Costco? And how many copies are needed for the form1? It appears to be in triplicate thus needing 3 photos and 3 sets of finger prints?

Today I went to the Fedex office at the Federal Way Commons for passport photos. I have a Walgreens 4 blocks from my house that does it but it's full of sick people. Anyway they were like $15.50 before tax and I was in the store less than 10 minutes

Wow $15 isn’t bad at all. I’m gearing up for a form 1 submission in the next couple months so I’m trying to get everything figured out and prepared for now so there are no surprises and the paperwork is all correct. I’ve looked it over and most of it is pretty straight forward but there are a couple lines in the app I’m unsure of. Anyone know an active member with experience filing a form 1 as an individual instead of a trust that can help break it down? I’ve read all the posts but most are older and deal with suppressors instead of SBR and don’t seem to have the info I’m looking for

I still say when you get that MP5 you should get the one in 10mm and make it in a trust so you can put me on it

Have you thought about trying the SilencerCo kiosk? Rehv Arms has one. I believe they can be used for form 1s.

Rite Aid or Walgreens will do them. The ones in Lacey charge $12.99 for two, so I assume others in the chain will be about the same. Also check your post office. If you're doing it as an individual you will need two per form. If you are doing it as a trust or corporation or other entity you will need one picture per "responsible" person.

Excellent point. I do plan to go individual and the form 1 comes with 3 copies. One photo for the ATF, one for the local police copy and then I’m unclear as to if the third set which is mailed in to the ATF and is mailed back for my records needs a photo as well. I believe both the ATF and local police copies need one set of finger prints from each hand but I can’t find anything saying a third set needs attached to my copy. Pretty sure they make this stuff confusing as hell on purpose
