Rolled out of bed thinking, does anyone know any dealers who are cool about doing (manufacturing) AOWs for a nominal fee to help people with $5 form 4 NFA charges vs the $200 form 1 stamps?
I would like to form 4 an AOW status on my CZ Scorpion (Add a VFG), but if I have to pay even $75, I might as as well form 1 it and go full SBR. But adding it to my trust for a form 4 price would be desirable if there any dealers that do that stuff. Thoughts? Remember that you might save money with this route, but you'll also need to give up your Scorpion for the months that it takes to get the Form 4 approval, as it will need to stay with the dealer.

Yeah, I wouldn't pursue this until I head back to work in fall. I want to enjoy it as much as I can for a bit still. Hoping that times are reduced and maybe AOWs clear fast... lol wishful thinking for sure.

FWIW, I bought an AOW with my trust. The form 4 flow was 8 months, Jul 17 - Mar 18.
