are you guys not allowed to wear rain gear?, or just more burdensome on time

Right? esp when it's such a beautiful one! Jersey is nice too. :)
That said, wearing more clothing kind of hinders your flexibility and also gets in the way. Your guns and mags might get snagged on your jacket etc.
