Well, it may have been a long time but you don't seem very rusty.
 What does "stage thrown out due to gaming" mean? And is the tennis elbow actually getting better? The stage briefing said: Start position is feet touching start block, and the intention was for you to start inside the middle tunnel, which forces you to run back and to shoot the targets, but the start block was so long, that you could stand outside of the middle tunnel. Technically complying with the stage brief but that saved at least 8-10 seconds of running time. Some squads did it as intended, some squads gamed it. Since we can't maintain stage equity, they decided to toss the stage and it will not count in the overall scores.
