Places to shoot in the woods near Seattle

Hi!
I am looking for a place in the woods to practice tactical shooting I want to practice tactical shooting like reload, various shooting styles (prone, kneeling, standing, etc), Rifle-to-Pistol transition, shoot on move, etc... Does anyone know a place where we can practice such shooting? Also, I am looking for friends who can practice together! Thanks in advance! |

Welcome to WaGuns The answer to your question is no......if you want to find a place where you can be alone and practice shooting, you will need to drive several hours. The one in Duvall is probably the closest to Seattle, but it is a 30-45min hike from the road. Nothing else inside 2-3hrs of Seattle.

If distance is no object I would go up to Sedro Woolley to the Medford Pit/Cowboy Camp or east to the designated area in LT Murray north of Yakima.
