According to their web site, even members seems to have pretty strict restrictions on no. of rounds they can load? Or am I reading it wrong?

https://www.rfgc.org/range/rangeMul.php

After becoming a member, you have to:
1. Ask permission from the Range Master who will see if you can handle you gun safely.
2. If trigger has been worked on, 2 rounds max loaded until trigger proven safe.
3. Otherwise, 5 rounds max to be loaded into magazine.

5 rounds?

Again, that's the Rifle range. Those limitations don't bapply to the pistol range.
If you are shooting a bolt rifle, 5 rds is a non issue. A mag fed rifle? Well, it just takes a few seconds to load another mag.
The pistol range (includes PCC's) goes to 50 yards. Waaaaay better than some fudd indoor range limited to 30 feet or some such nonsense.

Indoor shooting sucks.

Indoor shooting is fun: no rain, no gust winds, no mist and mud or miserable heat and dust.
And you don’t have to hike to your soaked targets; no “cold range” waste of time.
Aaaaand… Mozambique drill!

Target practice is my quality time. Some people meditate, some get massages… I plink.
After 10 years of combined Military/LE, including four tours to combat zones, I am pretty confident that I can consistently hit A4 at 100 yards under any conditions. I have got enough of dust and mud in my life, no more is needed.
YMMV

I think the waiting list is still closed . . . ? Not 100% sure of that.

However, you can still go as a non-member. Look for the "Public Shoot" days on the calendar (https://www.cascadeshootingfacilities.org/calendar/). The cost is $10, and most of the time you'll only be able to shoot rifle, no handgun. The rifle range is 200 yards, and yes you can shoot standing up.

Thanks for the clarification, just want to make sure I get the facts right and avoid embarrassment at the range for loading up on a standard 30 round mag and blasting away. Wife and I are mostly trap shooters but I do like to practice with my AR-15 from time to time for nostalgia.

Thanks and yes, I checked too and their membership application is closed. I will check out the range during one of their public shoot days.

Load 5 and you get to practice mag changes too. Go to the Pistol range and load what you want. The best part is PCC's on that side and up to 50 yards.

It's all covered shooting positions and It's priceless not to have to shot indoors with shitty ventilation and having to double the hearing protection too.

10 yards indoors? Yay, that's fun.

One genius with muzzle brake on his Guccified kitchen-build can spoil your day outdoors as well.
The indoor range, where I shoot, has a good ventilation.
1 MOA is still 1 MOA, no matter what the distance is.

All the indoor ranges do. In fact, it’s all you can do there.
