Just shredded my Tacoma Sportsmen’s Club membership card.
Fuck those traitors. They work hard on behalf of ATF, tell you how you must shoot your braced pistols.

Didn't catch his name. Doesn't really matter, because I was told by their office that it's their official policy to watch ATF compliance.

"INSPECTION OF FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION
At any time, the Range Safety Officer, Range Officer, or any range official may inspect any firearm or
ammunition on the shotgun facilities, and may prohibit use of any firearm or ammunition deemed in their
sole judgment to be inappropriate or unsafe."

I was shooting my factory-stock Saint Edge 10.3" with Maxim CQB brace and cheek-welded it, which is not illegal. Their RSO tapped me and told me that I cannot "shoulder" it, although ATFE says that "sporadic, incidental, or situational" shouldering of a pistol brace is not illegal.
IMO, TSC staff are as same as British loyalists. They are infringing on the rights of Americans by enforcing unconstitutional "laws". Please don't tell me that they have no other choice - there're no guns to their heads.

Are you fuckin' serious?

Fuck those sons of cunts.

That is utter horse shit. I haven't shot at a public range in years, because they generally suck, and are severely limited for much actual useful training.

THIS is why the domestic enemy keeps making headway......every other gun owner is so pathetically concerned with arbitrary idiocy...FUCKing so tired of the absolute spineless weakness.

I've shot there in years past, hell, that was probably the last public place I shot, maybe 5, 6 years ago?

I will never give those pieces of shit another dime.

Thank you for letting us know, brother.

I’ve never shot at the member range, but the last time I shot at the pay per use range, it was a sloppy, muddy mess. Then cease fires every 15 minutes (I was the only one there) and the endless spiel every time. It didn’t take long to tire of it all.

Last time I went to the public range at Tacoma Sportsmans club, I was the only person shooting on the rifle range. Another guy showed up but didnt have a rifle, he just wanted to chat with the range officer. The range officer told me to stop shooting so they could talk for 15 minutes without hearing my rifle.

That says "shotgun facilities" . . . presumably they have something similar for the rifle range?

Regardless, I don't have any problem with that rule. I think the RSO *should* have the ability to say, "no, you can't shoot that here." However, the assumption is that the RSO and the club will be reasonable in their application of those rules.

And getting on you for shouldering a pistol brace . . . yeah, fuck that. And if that's range policy and not just a rogue RSO, then I think you did the right thing by shredding the membership card.

Pretty much a range rule to my knowledge I was even approached when I brought a pistol buffer tube up to my cheek/shoulder.

That range is 3mi fro my door, literally. I dropped my membership and drive 45min past it to Upper nisqually now, it got that old dealing with the RSO's.
