Everyone abandoned this thread. My G19 is not going to end up being crazy expensive. Mainly because sale frames and a good deal on the slide (w/sights) barrel combo.

I finished the G19 slide with mostly Lone Wolf parts. I have to say, their stuff is junk. I think I'm about done with LW.

My Glockstore orders, just seem to be frozen at the store. WTF?

What's the issue with Lone Wolf?

They used to be lower cost, medium, meh build. Now they seem kinda of high dollar and their stuff is inferior fit and finish.....trigger bars and such with odd dimensions, slide parts with burrs and sloppy fit. I think much is Taiwan low bidder. Glock store, OEM, Glockmeister, Brownells stuff is superior, most often for less bucks.

Finally Glockstore responded, sort of lost track of orders, too busy, etc....I know I'm am asshole about this, because I run two business, unless some real issue, or out of stock, ship the same day.

Copy that, thanks.

I haven't dealt with them in a long, long time, but just wanted a frame of reference, thanks.

Oh no, I wouldn't say that. I'm just somewhat-quitely lurking; gleaning what I can on others' experiences .... OK, and to see if OEM parts might come available from POs that have upgraded their 19s.......

:thumbsup2:

I squeezed my ass cheeks together and bought the slide and frame parts for the G26 build. At least the slide parts come with the dual captive recoil spring with the G26 kit from the Glock Store.

Eventually!!

I'm probably a little nuts, as I want to have all the parts ready before I cut plastic.

I thought it was going a bit easy......it was. Cutting material was really easy. But the trigger pin holes are off just enough from the Poly80 locking block. What a major pain in the ASS. I am in removing material with a micro file.....stopped for the evening.....just need to back the custom P80 block up maybe .005" more, I can see what is impeding it. There is something about the jig........tolerance stack up worked against me.

Here is first cut. I just used a rotary tool on the Dremel.

Looking good, Pablo. And yeah, lining up those holes has been a bitch for me too.

I drill each side without going all the way through. Then run the drill bit by hand all the way through

That's not the problem. The pin does not line up, even to start into the LBRS. The shift is visible. Yet the pin passes through the frame perfectly without the LBRS. This is on Polymer80.
