Found a Ruger International 10/22 1965 production today. One owner, sat in storage for many years. Has the original Leupold M7b 3X. He mounted. Just thought it was cool as heck. Love old school stuff!
I also picked up a Marlin 57-M. Lever action, tube fed .22 magnum. Same owner. I have a scope base on the way for the .22 Mag.

Nice! I like the mannlicher stock on the 10/22 and the Marlin action design looks really interesting.

Very nice examples of vintage 22 rifles. You may want to double check the serial number on the 10/22, the International models were introduced in 1966, first one had serial # 46077 http://tincanbandit.blogspot.com/2020/0 ... ional.htmland if you didn't know the Marlin model 56/57 actually started life as the Kessler Arms model 50 Levermatic.... http://tincanbandit.blogspot.com/2020/0 ... ssler.html

I love the Mannlicher stock on the 10/22. I had the opportunity to pick one up several years ago and didn't. I think I found it in DJ's? One of many rifles I've left on the wall there and eventually regretted it. I'd also like to have a nice lever action .22 like your Marlin. I just love shooting them.

You can still get one, I built one last year using a stock I got from S&P outfitters https://sapoutfitters.com/product/ruger ... d-end-cap/Ruger still lists them on their website, so I assume you can order a new one. https://www.ruger.com/products/1022Carbine/models.html
