I likely created worse while I was deployed... and I took pictures of them. They're around on my hard drive somewhere...

Just to make sure I'm seeing it right . . . did it go in through the front of the hip and out near the top of your butt? Is that what I'm seeing? Did it hit bone along the way?

Well, since you know that it was an SKS that hit you, and you know the condition of that gun . . . I'm guessing that "the other guy" ended up even worse.

i wanted to go sounds kind of strange but every male in my family has been to war (other than my dad and brother) 4 unc's 2 grand fathers and there brothers. all the way back to WW1 i have sleep APNEA asked my 1st sgt if they would still let me go he said yes but tell them about it. i did and i got a DD214 for telling them about it so ya i was kind of pissed
