Picked this up on my birthday. Price was right, but it had a bunch of God-awful black tacticool furniture on it.

Sourced a mint Bakelite grip, slant brake and some bastard mismatched handguards.

Just need a green sling!

Needs to be SBR’d with a triangle side folder.

Sweet!

Get yourself a folding KAK brace too.

Looks nice as is!

I SBRd an AK with a triangle sidefolder once... never again. Did all the cutting and fitting myself, had a guy do the rivits for me though after I got the stamp. Major pain and still not the best fit. I'd do it again only if the rear trunion was already installed or the reciever was pre cut. From the rear trunion to the front stock clip it was a big project.

All that being said, I LOVE MINE more than any other gun in my collection.

Thanks fellas!

No pistol brace for me. Either I leave it as is, or SBR.

To me, Underfolders look great folded, but look bleh unfolded. I hear they aren’t that comfortable.
Hungarian stocks are bleh.
Triangle has that small profile and looks so right on a Draco.

If I do decide to SBR, I have a riveting tool I can borrow, access to mills, lathes and pretty much
any other equipment my heart desires. I don’t think it would be too difficult.

Drool..... >

I have always loved underfolders. L8ke, before I could own guns always. Then I grew up and never got the extra funds to get into AKs. Once I did, I was looking at them with a different mindset, and through different experienced lenses. I ended up with a krink clone as my first (and currently only) AK. I freaking love it. Now I want a classic full sized and another SBRd modernized, but, though it was always on my bucket list, I doubt I'll ever bother with an underfolder. Which is kind of sad in its way.

Here is my baby... M92 host w/ shitty rear trunion install that barely takes the abuse. Needs to be fully welded in place imo.
