i had it happen when I was going to college. I was drilling and tapping door hinges installing allen set screws because some maintance idiots had installed a bunch of doors with non welded hinges. You could pull the pins from the outside. Working at odd angles my Ortigies kept working its way up. My problem was an ill fitting Michaels holster. On my sewing machine I stitched a countour that matched my Ortigies. It worked so I made a leather inside the pants holster and installed a metal Michaels clip.

I pretty much pocket carry 100% of the time these days with the p365. When I used to holster carry it was always OWB in a galco. I believe it was a glock 19 holster but I could carry just about any mid to large frame semi pistol in that holster. Belt loops through so you know the holster isn’t going anywhere and the leather gave nice retention while molding to numerous pistols.
As a fellow big guy, leather OWB would be my recommendation.
