I have seen people bitching about the little hoops that they have to jump through to get WA and Oregon CPLs. Well, as some of you know, I currently live in CA and will be moving up there. Here is what I have to deal with when getting a CCW here, its long but its an eye opener!!

Hey listen, if I want to bitch about the city of Redmond taking the full 30 days to give me my shall-issue license, I have every right to do so!

The Kitsap Sheriff's office in Silverdale can have it in your hands in as little as 30 minutes. The law says they have up to 30 days for residents, because back when the law was passed it could take that long. But in the computer age 5 days is more than reasonable.
