Family dinner at OCB and on the way out I paused to laugh at their policy and said "holy crap." Quote: Weapons are prohibited except as authorized by state and federal law |

"Weapons are prohibited except as authorized by state & federal law." Seems pretty cut and dry to me. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

So if you're a douche fingerings your rifle oc, the cops stationed in the mall will escort you out... if they don't fire on you first if you're going about your business without attracting attention on purpose, you might get left alone Definitely a new policy... not that it ever made a difference to me... concealed has its benefits |

Question? Why are you at a mall in the first place? Please PM me for my address so you can mail me your man card. BTW, did you have one in the first place? To others reading this thread, if you stay out of malls you will not be affected by this stupidity and save a ton of money. |

What if someone's lack of "comfort" impedes on my safety? I'm guessing they would choose someone's "comfort" over safety. They're just asking to be challenged. Seems cut and dry to me also. Some folks are reading into it to much. Any private business can ask you to leave for any reason, as long as it is not discriminatory of a protected class. Gays, minorities, handicap, ETC. This is no different. Carry all you want as long as you are legal. Do something stupid, we may ask you to leave. |

I would say this is an improvement over those blanket "firearms prohibited" signs most malls use. Not that I ever gave a shit about those anyway. Plus, I loathe shopping so rarely visit these places. Still, it's an improvement. |
