July 4th celebrations - can we carry?

We're thi king of hitting Tacoma's Freedom Fair tomorrow, but I'm not sure about the carry policy of the fair. I know music festivals are off-limits. I'm not sure about the Freedom Fair specifically, since I've never been. What is the policy on conceal carry for Freedom Fair, feel free to include other events in the thread to squeeze out as much usefulness as we can.

Looks like an exclusive use to a private organizer. They can prohibit carry, but it's not against the law. Conceal and be happy.

IIRC there's been tons of guys from OCDO that go and haven't had any problems before. And if I remember it's a public event not private do there are not able to ban firearms.
