Good outcome but still a bad day. I OC but after 11 years of military service and many years afterwards,
I have yet to have the need to draw on another human. I hope I never have to, BUT ...
I can count 52 years in total that I have not had to draw on a person (at least as a civilian). I can't say that there never was a time that I didn't remove the pistol from it's holster and conceal it under coat flap or leg while in a vehicle when circumstances were "strange" outside.
I felt since the beginning of my "carry days" that it would be a lot better to have my firearm with me at all times possible rather than having to run home and get it. OC or Concealed, I do both and don't give either any thought. There are times and days when concealing is just a big pain (Like a 90 degree day or when I step out of the vehicle to buy gas, or a quick trip into a store).
