Time also to revisit the language that grant exemption from bgc for concealed pistol license holders (issued within last 5 years).

Also, if all those sheriff's letters to not enforce the law are to be help true then they should rubber stamp all forms and approve all sales without review as if the law never existed.

The linked Federal law grants exemption to a NICS background check, not background checks as a whole. If it wasn't for the HIPAA issue it would be business as usual for me. Until we win the lawsuits I'm gonna play the 80% game and try to buy more accessories in local gunshops.
